People tend to allow their self-limiting beliefs be a part of their life permanently, when in reality that is not that case. Listen to Nick and Kyle's thoughts on this topic as they don't agree at first! The initial thought was boredom allows for thoughts to grow, this came from a podcast Kyle listened to on this topic, people pick up their phones and don't allow for their thoughts to grow they look at their phones to drone out that boredom.
