Nick and Kyle discuss credentials within hiring, who a person is and how to handle disagreements. No real right way but credentials go a long way when talking to certain people. A lawyer and doctor can have certain credentials compared to a business owner, but the execution of perfection can make the difference in the individual. You can be a doctor but not have a great practice and the businessman can have a highly profitable company making billions with great margins. The businessman has better credentials then the doctor.

0107. A Little Trip to Belmont for a Trailer.

Nick and Kyle take a small trip to Belmont Trailers for a DMT pickup and to swap out some upgraded control boxes for our customers. Dawson MFG is currently undergoing renovations with carpet, paint and tile in the office areas and everyone is in a tailspin. Events like this really pull a team together to work harder and make sure everything gets done when up against such a tight deadline because our DEMO DAY is in just a week!
