Our secret is out. Dawson Manufacturing made it to the Landscape Management Magazine cover. When Nick started to build Dawson Manufacturing he did it with this goal in mind and it is now a reality. The only thing is that it took a bunch of small victories to get there. MulchMate selling without a demo was definitely one of them. Another was the success at Equip. As many of you know, Nick and Kyle are happy people, Kyle sometimes too much. You as an individual are in control of how you feel and if you are always negative that has an effect on others. If you are happy and positive, it has an effect on others. Here is an exercise, look at the person next to you and smile, tell them how good they make you feel and try to make them laugh. See how well it affects you and them.

A lot of us just use it as an escape, however it is ruining the performance of our life's and not allowing us to become our best selves. Think about it, we get on our phones to look at social media then an hour later we notice has gone by without a worry. Becoming highly focused on the goal is what will get us to our goals.
